The Balga Campus major redevelopment includes a new 3-storey training facility to provide a world-class learning environment, replacing 22 rundown transportable classrooms, which were originally built in the 1970s.

St Mary’s Anglican Girls School Arts Centre

Builder: Crothers Construction

Location: Elliott Road, Karrinyup

This 3-storey development included specialised art and design classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, general workshops, lecture theatres and new amenities for staff and students. A centrally located stairwell provides access to a function centre and gallery, showcasing the student works and providing access to the ground floor amphitheatre.

Carine Senior High School Redevelopment

This project consisted of new works on the STEM block with lecture theatre, learning block, food technology block and refurbishments work on two cookery classrooms, nine science laboratories and toilet, shower and changeroom facilities.
